Fluvius is strengthening the electricity grids in Flanders to make them more sustainable and future-proof. Yet, a third of the Flemish population remains insufficiently aware of the company and its daily activities.

To bridge this gap, Fluvius and Lucy developed a long-term strategy to make the invisible visible. To create a genuine bond of trust and avoid a cold, institutional tone, we needed to bring the story down to earth—literally.
Enter Mol & Haas (Mole & Hare). This new brand platform introduces two animated characters who explore the grid with curiosity and humor. While Mole digs deep into the works, Hare looks ahead to the future. Together, they translate complex topics—like digital meters and grid reinforcement—into clear, empathetic stories that resonate with every resident.
