Challenge

For more than 35 years, DELA Belgium has been operating as a funeral insurer. In 2024 however, DELA will also launch a network of funeral homes. To prepare the general public for this extension, DELA wanted to shake off the image of a cold insurer and charge the brand, in order to make it warmer, regardless of the different products and services.

We went in search of the one central value of the company and found out DELA is all about care and dedication. In parallel to an emotional commercial, we developed a web series in which we told genuine stories about the dedication of real DELA employees.
